“Platform” refers to the website (www.workprep.in) where WorkPrep Academy offers its services and where transactions may be initiated.

“Transaction” refers to any order or request placed by the User to purchase services offered by WorkPrep Academy by paying the Transaction Amount.

“Transaction Amount” means the amount paid by the User in connection with a Transaction.

“User/Users” refers to any person using the services offered on the Platform.

“Website” refers to www.workprep.in.

MERCHANT'S RIGHTS
We reserve the right to collect, store, and use the information you provide to facilitate your transactions and deliver services. By using our Platform, you agree that we may contact you regarding services availed on our Platform.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) required for transactions. Any incorrect or false information provided may lead to termination of services or cancellation of orders.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Users are strictly prohibited from:

Accessing or using the Platform for purposes other than those approved by WorkPrep Academy.

Engaging in any automated use of the system (e.g., data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering methods).

Interfering with the security features of the Platform or circumventing measures designed to restrict access.

Using the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users.

Uploading harmful content, such as viruses or Trojan horses.

Using the Platform for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WorkPrep Academy is not liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from unauthorized use of payment instruments or the Platform. In the event of any issue with a service, the User's sole recourse will be to initiate a refund, subject to the terms of the refund policy. The User agrees to indemnify WorkPrep Academy against any claims arising from the User's breach of these Terms.

REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
We may provide areas on the Platform to leave reviews. Users must adhere to the following guidelines when posting reviews:

Reviews should reflect personal experience.

Offensive or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited.

Reviews must not be misleading or false.

Users must not organize campaigns to manipulate reviews.
WorkPrep Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove reviews at its sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAWS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the courts in Kozhikode, India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Kozhikode, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration will be English, and the arbitration process will remain confidential.
