REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

By completing a transaction on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the selected product and/or service. After this point, you may cancel the transaction only if cancellation is specifically allowed on the platform. Any cancellation will be governed by the terms stated on the platform.

We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before making a decision.

Refund requests must be submitted within three days of the transaction date or within the period specified on the platform, which will not be less than three days. To request a refund, you can raise a ticket or contact us at workprepacademy@gmail.com, providing a clear and detailed reason for your request, including the specific terms that have been violated and any supporting evidence, if necessary.

The decision to grant a refund will be made by us, and we may request additional information before finalizing the request.
